ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE:
The prime principle of Gandhi Sevashram Iswarlal Sishu Bhawan is democracy, transparency and participation. Over the year it has developed organisational structure based on collective participation and conscious decision making. The general body is the highest decision making body of Sevashram which is consisting of Social workers, Activists, Educationists. The executive body is the functional team which looks after the co-operation aspect of the organisational management and programme implementation.
As the institution is named after the great leader of our country and father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi and a dedicated Gandhi follower Iswarlal Vyas, the management members as well as the inmates and staffs of the Sevashram try their best to follow the Gandhian principle for day to day management of the Ashram.
